Louka Fine Finish give a 12-month warranty and defects period on all projects as well as offering yearly maintenance and service plans to keep your architecture looking newly built year after year.

We feel assured in the high-quality services we provide, and this is represented through our accreditations including:

• CHAS Accreditation (The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) – the key developer of the criteria for the code of practice in the Construction Regulations 2007.

• Registered member of SafeWise – a leading expert in health and safety training.

If you want to keep your building in top condition, Louka Fine Finish offer services plans for regular maintenance following your project completion and building sign off. The price of your service plan is all relative to the project and can be paid either annually or monthly.
